We understand that for wine lovers, a restaurant’s wine list is the hallowed key to its soul. With that in mind, we have assembled an assortment of wines we feel display the inner nature of our restaurant. Our wine menu features a deep collection of beautifully maintained and aged California and Washington Cabernet Sauvignon verticals as well as the most sought after Pinot Noirs from California. In addition, we have sought out the “cult”, “garagiste” and “I can’t believe you have it” wines. However, it would be impossible to appeal to all wine lovers without offering affordability and flexibility. We have at least fifty wine treasures that are priced under thirty dollars, because we believe inexpensive doesn’t have to mean cheap. We also offer the world’s greatest wines by the glass poured from our Enomatic and Perlage wine preservation systems.
